Early Oil Spill Detection

Every offshore oil drilling installation has to prepare for the unlikely event of an oil spill. Early oil spill detection is vital to reduce environmental impact and response cost. Kvikna has since 2015 worked together with Miros on the development of software that gathers information from different sensors that allows for complete situation awareness in case of an oil spill emergency at sea. The Miros OSD system was recently updated to allow real-time monitoring and remote control of up to 8 onsite surveillance cameras. The system supports infrared as well as full visual video, making continuous day and night monitoring a reality.

How do you like your EEG?

In a case, on a cart, on a dog? Lifelines iEEG is a versatile product. We and our partners are busy adapting the system to different devices for a variety of applications: clinical, portable, ICU, ER, research and even veterinary. See www.lifelinesieeg.com for more info!
